Ammunition Badgerhound Zinfandel, Sonoma County 2015

We set out to make a Zinfandel as tenacious as the Badgerhound. It was originally created as a pet project, but it has quickly gained a cult following in select markets nationwide. One pour, and you’ll see why. The 2015 vintage presents appealing aromas of crushed raspberries and blackberries are framed by vanilla and cigar box notes. This wine shows sweet concentrated fruit in the mouth with plenty of oak, tannins and acidity to balance the ripeness. The finish is long, rich and intense. Copper Cane Wines 'Beran' Zinfandel of California 2013

Beran California Zinfandel is a true representation of what Zinfandel can offer with the ripeness of the warmer regions and brightness from cooler regions. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness combined with extended fruit maceration over 30 days at times then laid to rest for 12 months in a combination of American and French oak has created a flavor-packed, easy-drinking zin with a soft, supple mouthfeel and balanced acidity. Zinfandel is one of the most expressive and distinctive grape varieties and when made well should continue to evolve and improve in the bottle. Learn More

  9. Covenant Wines "Mensch" Zinfandel 2016

    Covenant Wines "Mensch" Zinfandel 2016

Sourced from grower Larry Mettler’s vineyard in Lodi, a region famous for its old vine Zinfandel. The juiced from these grapes were pressed from the whole berries and naturally blended together in tank. It was then sent to barrels and fermented in oak with native yeast; then bottled after relatively short barrel aging (9 months), which we believe maintains purity of fruit. The wine is fruit forward, soft textured, and graced with an array of jammy raspberry and spice flavors. Learn More
